Title: my bitEUR is gone

I purchased 100 bitEUR at 2021-08-26 06:04:06. The activity ID is 1.11.1166201642. However, the balance is gone at the moment so I cannot sell it. What is going on?

Then why is my debt still the same? I still have 100.1000 bitEUR even though it is supposed to be zero.

Why are you ignoring me? Take a look at order #480907406. I could make that order with my  100.1000 bitEUR at that point. Once it was cancelled at 2022-05-11 09:40:24, my entire balance was somehow disappeared. There is definitely something wrong with the system so I need your assistance! Please respond!
