Reason: promotion.

Details:
* Withdrawing from an AMM liquidity pool (liquidity_pool_withdraw_operation) : 5 BTS -> 1 BTS
* Borrowing from a collateralized lending pool (credit_offer_accept_operation): 1 BTS -> 0.4826 BTS
* Repaying into a collateralized lending pool (credit_deal_repay_operation): 1 BTS -> 0.4826 BTS
* Borrowing from a no-collateral lending pool (samet_fund_borrow_operation): 1 BTS -> 0.4826 BTS
* Repaying into a no-collateral lending pool (samet_fund_repay_operation): 1 BTS -> 0.4826 BTS
