I can only recommend scrypt mining in order to buy MMC at market price with mined BTC.

While it is a good card it is not a good card for mining MemoryCoin.
What you could do it turn it towards another scrypt coin and then trade for MMC.
This website will give you an idea of what performance you can expect from the card.

GeForce 7900GTX does not support CUDA and it can't mine anything...
