Everyone always asks..."but what does it DO?" There's also what it is used for by the community.

MMC "does" send a network "tax" to dev team.

MMC is "used for" whatever you want, really - could just be a bitcoin / trading coin for some..and we need a "community bank" / trading union, btw...or it could be used to sample network power usage (you tell me how :)

The voting allows lots of web applications beyond just the officers - think search and marketing blockchain "cookies" or user preferences - datacoin on a more evolving or machinecode scale...I think it could evolve to Jung meets Hayek and Madison in a cyber altcoin.  A "coin" is a "currency system control volume" - from your cash wallet to global GDP.  Crypto coins are just really "distributed accounting / payment systems" with user-defined values...you can "make your own coin" with your own MMC wallet, a website, and a mission.

(Client options - link to your own website and CSO / etc support in site dev...)

The officer function provides a "community focus"....MMC constantly "morphs" based on officer efforts / examples / directions and community support and contributions.  We're not "community dev" as in "please give"...but more

"We'll help you learn / build whatever idea from outside into into your own memorycoin."

In terms of crowdsourcing and "plant a memory, build an idea":

"The MMC network hashes the community to find valuable private ideas (i.e., "keys") and build those into even more valuable public ideas."

Boom - build a crypto univeristy of pheonix on that...
