Title: Less AGS than PTS donated

I waited all this time to finally donate some PTS for AGS and ended up with less AGS than I donated in PTS.  That sucked.  I had no idea that would even be possible.

This was a strange day!
Ssome of your PTS will be refunded to you. The rest will get about 4.17 AGS/PTS.
All this according to BM's current solution.
