Title: New exchange platform opened in China!!!

   A famous exchange website for alt currency  btc38 (www.btc38.com) in China announced it is  opening  PTS exchange tonight. Right now each PTS price is almous 25RMB, over 0.01btc.

really good news. Hopefully, cryptsy and btc-e will wake up now
