Title: format pc wallet pts question

hi im thinking have pc haked like hell .. need a format, instead have old pts wallet and new version bitsharespts1, and keyhoote installed, can delete everything to reinstall or must save wallets to usb to copy to new system?

save your wallets! otherwise you lose your money. old pts wallet and new bitshares-pts wallet are the same thing, so save them both if you have two different wallets for the same thing

if windows, go to start menu> run> %appdata% then you should see the folders where your wallet.dats are stored.

linux = /home/yourUserName/.nameOfCurrency/     (the dot means its hidden, so you cant see it, but its there)

keyhotee I don't know about.

also, it's a good idea to have copies of all your wallets on CDs, USBs, your email account, your dropbox account, your mom's email account, etc. just in case. (make sure they're passworded)

thanks brother,

today try to run keyhoote and do not sincronice, maybe i stop any windows service ..:(

thinking not problem  to install again with ID codes.
