Why Dry run 9& 10 have not Windows edition Wallet? what happened ?

I've wondered this myself.
Either they are neglecting it to just pump out these dry runs as fast as they can or they don't really care about Windows user core. I think the test net would mean a lot more if they included these.

Until we have most of the easy to find bugs worked out with these quick runs it is best to keep the number of users small. We will have a windows GUI out one a dry run survives a day or so.

I think they're ready to launch, but that's getting delayed by other things-- so they're just killing time working on bitUSD and bitCNY
