Title: need delegate approval, willing to pay

i just want learn and to know how it work, please approve my delegate, and add my seed node
willing to pay 0.5BTSX for each delegate approval, until it reach 100 or whatever it is to able to create block

lol sorry the Top 100 delegates are meant to be the most trustworthy not those that pay back the most!! Your desire to learn is less valuable to all than network security.
