Title: 3.1 is looking good

So I've been on version 3.1 and haven't missed a single block this whole weekend, after all my 2.x versions seemed to randomly miss a block every day or so.

It could be due to everyone restarting at the same time.
Are the issues with continuously running client resolved?

Tested version 0.3.0 on ubuntu 14 running well, not off the block, and the number of connections to maintain 40-50

same here, had no access to internet the whole weekend and came back to my delegate alive and kicking, with lots of connections  +5%

Before that, I had to restart it everyday or it would invariably lose all connections and stay half-dead. Great job 3I!

If you are a delegate, you must upgrade to 0.3.1, as 0.3.0 contains a bug for delegates.
