Title: 20/101 Delegates have 100% reliability in last 50k blocks

Version 0.3.1 solved a lot of stability issues for many it seems.  This is fantastic!  20/101 is only counting non init accounts so it's actually more like 20/90.

Indeed, 0.3.1 wallet has improved a lot.

I really like the website.  Sadly I am not among the 20.  0.3.1 has been kind to me, but 0.3.0 broke my balls.  I am interested in when you will get the alerts for missed blocks set up.  I would love to be able to get an email if my delegate misses a block.

I thought someone else already did the alerts, so I put it on hold, to focus on more important tasks.
