Personally I think these ads for delegates are not good, it affects the aesthetic feeling of the logo of forum. Someone may think this forum is hacked or something.

Agree, doesn't look good, can we make the link under the news "Want to help the forum? Vote for ..."
Also I suggest to change or remove Donate menu, I even don't know if BitSaphire has access to PTS address PforumPLfVQXTi4QpQqKwoChXHkoHcxGuA

Besides, supporting the forum by voting for all those 5 delegates? I am afraid it's not appropriate because being delegate is not a method of profiting, it also means responsibility. Why don't just change the donation address to a BTSX address?

I'm in charge of monthly forum donations which coming from 3I (100PTS/month) i'll provide this to activly and continously contributing mods/members.
let me know your thoughts ..

yup agreed - after Bitsapphire provides me FTP access / admin access to forum i'll change this asap... and also including all new board icons etc.
