Title: FAQ candidates

Let's collect questions here which are worth being added to the FAQ at http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/FAQs.
Don't ask questions here, just ad already answered questions to this thread.
Then, to answer a question, we can just point to the specific wiki FAQ question.

I'm not a bitsharestalk admin but it does make sense.... not sure.  There is a lot of repeated questioning by newbs.  It is nice to be able to point them to the specific question/answer and saves a lot of time.   

It almost makes more sense instead of answering the question, see if it is in the FAQ.  It it is, cut n paste link to question, otherwise answer it on wiki and post link to new question.  Having a central place like that isn't going to used much.

That would be best. But not everyone has access to the wiki. A newb which has gotten some questions answered could already answer new ones...
