Yeah, your order was so small it could be rounding.

We will look into this.

I have the same situation. All of my market transactions plus one transfer to account "poloniexwallet" turn into UNKNOWN and BTSXs are gone.

Oh... what is the trx ID?   I thought the amount was .01 not the price.  10M shouldn't be missing.

The transaction ID you gave me looks like you sent BTSX in for an ASK order with 40.20000 BTSX at $0.05

That ask order should have executed and deposited about 2 BitUSD into your account assuming you have the private key for BTSXGMnj4zviuLc89jSAdt817EzoGyLZ9dLwK

Please try the following:

1) Make a backup of your wallet (in-app function)
2) reset your chain by deleting everything in your %APPDATA%/BitSharex X folder EXCEPT the wallet folder!!!!
3) rename the wallet folder to sth. else .. keep that folder as a backup
4) restart the BitSharesX software
5) import your BACKUP .... should be a json file ..
6) your accountname should reappear
7) go to console and type "resync"
8) wait several minutes
9) to to console, type "getinfo"
10) if the latest block head time (second line or so) gives you a time less then 1 minute .. your are synced to the blockchain
11) if you funds did not reappear .. and your do not see open orders in the market go to the console
12) type "wallet_market_open_orders USD BTSX" ... maybe your order is just not in the GUI
13) if all of this does not help I am out and the devs need to take a closer look .. just keep a backup of your wallet!!!
