Title self-explanatory!

What's the ECD for the streaming service and playlist exchange?  Are there any plans for user messaging?
Are there plans for a gateway for USD:bit$?  If so could that be used for cross-chain trading into BitsharesX?

Are there plans for verified accounts for quality control or and to prevent phishing or will it be left to the market?  If Peertracks gets into legal issues, would there be any vulnerabilities to account seizures?

I think that's all for now  :P

What leads you to believe that the developer of 90% of the code for your DAC (i.e. 3I),  deserves smaller percentage of the shares than your in-house developer  Bitsapphire (at guaranteed  5%).

[ 3I can theoretically get up to 20% but only if they owned all PTS and AGS, so in practice they will be lucky if they get 1-2%;
while in house developer Bitsapphire - gets guaranteed 5%.]

Your in house developer has proven so far that :
1. Transferring domains is kind of above their pay grade.
2. They consistently have trouble updating their delegate software, while many one man operations do it faster and more smoothly.
3.Their artistic qualities are somewhat questionable. (example follows)

 Thanks for deleting my innocent post, btw! - for those interested it just said "Reserved"...
 Does being a moderator pumps your ego?

PSS
Here is a better idea! Why don't you send the Bitsapphire guys to delete all my posts in all parts of this forum, you find in any way shape or form hurting you cause?

What will be the beginning price of the pre-sale?

Why do you think, this centralized business will work better on a blockchain?

What makes you the  greatest marketer of all times, so you deserve 30% of this company?

Why do you think AGS and PTS holders, are useless bunch of crap and do not need to get nothing more than the bare minimum (10%).

Dare to share how you found your in-house developers and the criteria to select them above all others?

Cob love. Steel your mind!

How large is the team now? Have you been in contact with any artists yet?

Hmm.. at first I thought tonyk was being rude posting multiple times, but it may be he did it in self-defense if someone moderated his critical post. I very much hope Bitsapphire wouldn't go to such lengths. Even harsh criticism should be allowed.

After all only cob decides what is good for Music...for you ears !!!
let me fix this:

- cob decides what is good for BitShares Music
- cob does not decide what I am listening to .. and with a market around artists and songs the consensus might tell me to listen into something .. not an individual

To be totally fair - Bitsapphire has not deleted any of my post as of yet... It may be due to the fact that they are still figuring out a way to transfer a domain safely or to build a BTSX client (both too hard of a tasks for them... ), but never the less I can not accuse them of post dilation... yet.

Yours truly, TheOnion (aka tonyk)

Do not be so shifty xeroc...
I said  'cob decides what is good for the Music'/DAC, not what you going to listen to.
What is good to hear/should hear about the DAC...

PS
Scratch that.
You are entitled to promote the same stupidity, I am fighting against.
It is just a matter of who types the fastest.

Have you considered to make the presale allowing BTSX too? (why not bitUSD too?)
I mean it would help the bitshares ecosystem more  if the presale would accept BTSX ...
And I don't mean to copy maidsafes IPO of course!
It could work very well considering the volumes for BTSX on the exchanges....

PS I bet the most in this forum have only BTSX and not BTC...
     Make it easy for them to participate on the presale!

Looks true, at least I don't have single satoshi in BTC, if I will wish to participate I need to sell something  :(

1)ONLY 10% for PTS and AGS and

•5% to our development team;
•5% to the founders;
•25% to the PeerTracks corporation;

whoever the 'founders' and 'PeerTracks corporation' are

Which one will control the votes for the PeerTracks corporation(25%) that will activate the delegates on the blockchain?
Does this not mean that they can control/own effectively the majority of delegates ? (its even possible with a less stake) Am I missing something?
Much of the competitors believe (me included) that BTSX is to centralized, at least now in the beginning... Can you imagine what they believe for bitshares-music?
40% of voting power to founders+developers+Peertracks Corporation... Convince us/them its not "one" entity...

I don't participate at Maidsafe/mastercoin presale, only AGS, and today I can tell that AGS was best IPO which I seen. If BitShares Music will make same IPO (let's say 50/50 BTC/BTSX) for 30-60-100 days I will be very happy and definitely will take a part.

If they decide to accept BTC/PTS, they will need to change only addresses, we already have nice site to track such donations  :)

NOW I am more confused!
Would it mean at some point it is preferable to sell pts and buy notes with BTC on the presale ?   :-[ ??? :o

i proposed to offer a way to participate in the pre-sale by buying notes via PTS also .. sure you have your pts snapshot .. but as we could also donate to AGS with BTC AND PTS .. why not also have the option to buy notes with PTS (,BTC, and BTSX)

Can you explain the economics behind the BitShares Music with regards to how listeners/investors profit from artists/songs?

i.e. does one invest NOTES for another artist specific, or song specific, token?  What is the flow of value through cryptoequities?

- will keyhotee founder ids be reserverd or will there even be a snapshot of names from the btsx blockchain?
- do you habe the platform JAMENDO.COM on you todo list? they might be interested in a cooperation .. better get them into the boat before they start up as competitor (just a thought)
- please also let us invest in the pre-sale at least with PTS (maybe even with btsx)
- is the source code OF THE WEBPAGE open (i.e., can we start translating it into other languages, or is this (legally) undesired)

I really like who this whole thing will be split into peertracks and BitShares Music .. it took me a while to figure it out

Brilliant observation.

I have watched COB working this from behind the scenes.

He is listening and working very hard to get this right.

Indeed.  Unfortunate timing, but my understanding is that immediately after posting the AMA thread significant feedback was received and they're making significant efforts to respond and improve internally.  I'd much rather be patient until he can give new answers than have him waste time giving answers that are already outdated, though it would have been nice of him to post in the thread making that clear if that's what's going on.

You wanted from the beginning to give more then 10%  to AGS/PTS holder's
but knowing from our behavior from past/last snapshots that we are asking for more, "you decided"** to announce the minimum to "test the waters" and just increase
the % to your initial thought's (and not over that)  in case we are complaining, so we are all happy @ the end!

The question:

Am I Right?  :)
