There is no need to ask for the most part if it is a good idea.

Just need someone to take leadership of the taskforce.  It is better they start the thread so they can edit the OP.

I am kinda stuck between the chatter etc... because I don't necessarily want to say no chatter.. So in a TASKFORCE like this, the main thread would be all about discussing what to do.  However, in other TASKFORCEs like bump threads i will delete the noise. 

Just rememeber I'm kinda making this up as I go..   erm
