Sanibona! I'm not South African but I've been a couple of times, heading back end of next year for round 3. Learning a bit of isiZulu at the moment, when I get more fluent I'll post some more here.

I had a bit of a cursory glance to see if there are any BT exchanges in SA and noticed they exist. Was weighing up putting all my cash for when I head over there into a crypto then withdrawing it over there in RAND as it could be cheaper then exchanging the traditional way here.

wowzor just did a conversion, I can make $100AUD more converting to BTC > ZAR then BTC > AUD, wish I was heading there this year. My mum will be in the cape middle of next month via Kenya and Tanzania but she's already dumped all her cash into USD before it rose against the AUD.
