Title: Delegate set up guide?

Is the process of setting up a KeyID delegate similar or different from running a BTSX delegate?

Similar, but to be elected you should set 0% or 1%, details here: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=9589
Because you can only lower pay rate use some "temporary" delegate name like kokojie-init
