How to totally uninstall btsx wallet? I always can not connect and want to reinstall.

should be sufficient to rename the "BitShares X" folder in %APPDATA% .. (just type %APPDATA% into your address bar)

make sure to have the latest version 0.4.20 installed

I just downloaded the latest wallet, it works now! I do not need to uninstall any more :) Thanks
