how do i convert to the new the old wallet wont sync any blocks its 85 weeks behind, did i loose all my pts?

No, but you don't need to sync with the network, only import private key and export keys in json format.

Не подскажите как импортировать аккаунт на Bitshares 2.0
Все делал по интрукции: импорт ключей, клайм. но вижу пустой баланс а аккаунт вроде импортировался.

На странице Settings я вижу только это, ни каких функций управления кошельком я тут не вижу как на скриншотах из иснтрукции

После импорта надо сделать claim в Wallet Management, вы этой кнопки не видите, потому что она ниже того что изображено на 2-м рисунке.
Кошелек нормально работает в Chrome и Firefox, поэтому если вы используете Safari – то могут быть проблемы.

Hmm... 20 exchanges it's too much, I don't know even 10 exchanges which capable to integrate coin with non Bitcoin API.
