есть  кошелек Bitshares PTS     есть  wallet dat     и приватный ключ .  как перенести в новый кошелек 2.0 light ?  . пишет invalid wallet format.   

Для начала его надо перенести в BitShares 1.0.
Потом экспортировать и перенести в 2.0 как написано тут: http://docs.bitshares.eu/migration

Версию 1.0 качать тут: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-0.x/releases
Синхронизироваться она уже не будет, но на это не стоит обращать внимания.

I'm using the online wallet to claim my balances here,

I still have 150K to claim, but every day when I claim my daily allowance again the amount is tiny (under 1000). Yhy are the claim amounts so small? What exactly are these amounts, where did they come from?

Do I really have to go through the claim process everyday for 6-9 months to claim my outstanding balance? Am I missing somehing?

Wait until 5 Nov 2016 and you will be able to claim all your vesting balance at once, or do it once per day/week until 5 Nov 2016.

I have bitshares 0.9.3c that wont sync but I export my keys via console (Windows) and MUSE client says invalid format in wallet management console when trying to redeem. Why?

You should export keys using command wallet_export_keys

when import json  muse stopped work why?

Rollback to version 1.0.0, import json, when update to latest version.
