Are there any variables we can tune with?  One of my Vista64 machines is crashing the display drivers only after 6+ hours of mining.  Temps not an issue and I tried the registry fix.  Same cards/drivers however with Win7 64 have been running forever without a hitch with your miner.

If it matters I am using 2x HIS 7950's with AMD 13.12 drivers.

Just to clarify the miner, does it require AVX or can it be run on SSE alone?

The other pts miners all donate to the writer for x amount of time.  Not a bad route if you can get he miner functioning.

Would like to test a non avx win64 build :)  I'm stuck with a few x58 systems still!

CPU: Intel Xeon L5639 @ 3.52ghz
RAM: 12 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1760mhz
OS: Windows Vista (64bit)
Software: yam-yvg1900-M7j-win64-Nehalem
Threads:11
PTS Agg. CPM (512 MB): 355 (AV=21 after AV-optimization)

Can get more CPM with more threads however it starts to slow down gpu mining on the same machine.

wow, how is your L5639 running at 3.52 Ghz?

Overclocked with 220 bclk.  L5639 is an interesting chip:

1-2 cores loaded = 20x multiplier = 4.4ghz
3-4 cores loaded = 18x multiplier = 3.96ghz
5-6 cores loaded = 16x multiplier = 3.52ghz

I did a lot more than that, yestarday with a Hd7950 and a Hd 7870 made 1.10 Pts in 24H but since then just made 0.4, i think the pool lost hash rate and with that the ability to find blocks, i could be wrong but that seems to be the issue...
Yeah, I think people are dropping off and it's taking forever to solve blocks. Mine dropped too, had a little over 2100 cpm and now making squat. This is fading fast and not worth the electricity. It's a bummer, really wanted to see GPUs help rebalance the pools.

GPU mining will take some time to sort out, still very early in the PTS GPU game...  I have no way of measuring electricity however these pts miners seem to load the gpu's a lot less compared with scrypt.

New Windows build, Nvidia is confirmed to work now:
http://ptsdl.1gh.com/pts-1gh-win-1.2n.zip

Nice, 1.2n takes gpu load to 97%-98% with much improved hash rates compared with ~80% load on the previous versions.

Thank you, guys!

To celebrate, I have a miner update that implements (sort of) nTime-rolling. It should solve your network latency issues and improve cpm, please update from the same download link!

Can you incorporate a miner version # in the file name so we can keep track?  Thanks for all the great work!

Based on the screen shot, still only available for cuda?

Nice work!  Now we need an OpenCL win64 miner  :)

If we could have a sticky thread in each projects subsection with updates posted every few days I do not see why you could not disappear for 2 weeks!

This site will eventually be the best source: http://angelshares.info/beta/

It is still under construction, but good enough.

Can we get a confirmation when this site is 100% ready?  Right now I'm watching the PTS donation numbers go up and down large amounts....
