牵涉到人的东西，我觉得可以借鉴MMC（第一个第三方DAC的作用提现出来了。）的投票制度来选出适合的CEO,CTO,CFO,COO。。。精算师。并在此基础上给予矿工挖矿（或者POS产生红利）一定比例的分红作为奖励。

Bitshares Bingo，作为博彩类项目，对PTS，AGS，整体来说都是利好的。
但是bytemaster的意思是把这个让给第三方团队来开发。有好处有坏处。
坏处就是本来预期的进度这样一来反而更慢了。（目前的状况）
好处就是危机就是转机，我们需要第三方的团队参与进来，加快BINGO的开发。而且引入第三方开发可能灵活性更强些。
但是目前DAC的开发都还在初期萌芽状态，怎么引入好的机制来吸引第三方团队加入开发？
大家可以集思广益。

如果锁定买卖双方的XTS-BITUSD这个单子1小时，出现爆仓的情况就需要买卖双方共同承担，也就是问题里说的万亿BITUSD也要爆仓。使得恶意购买BITUSD被市场共识瓦解。按5分钟一个块，1小时内有12个块。肯定会有相对合理的市场交易买卖，一但出现这样的买卖，都要对之前的买卖进行核对爆仓处理。这样不知道是否可行？

« on: February 28, 2014, 05:34:50 am »个人认为中心交易所也有它的优势。而去中心交易所目前存在一个关键的问题就是法币与虚拟的兑换上，这些东西需要节点去完成的，换句话说就是需要第三方来完成，谁来充当第三方兑换节点？就需要找公信度较高的支付平台，比如palpay看哪个中心化交易所先转型转化为去中心化的节点，谁将赢得未来，赢得进入去中心化的一个关键节点，入口。
OKpay等。至于中国式不可能的了，因为已经有明文规定第三方支付平台不允许做这些兑换。
至于以后BTC的走向关键一步还是需要外国的刺激，单单靠中国市场，大家也看到了，就这样下去将会再次出现第二个A股的趋势。所以在一段时间内，美国那边的交易所成立是一个关键，BTC需要越来越多的不同国家的交易所去推动。
这样才保证了投资群体的数量，至于去中心化，我的看法是应该是与中心交易所共存，说起来很矛盾，本来去中心化与中心化交易所是对立的，这里又说是共存。其实主要是长时间以来中心交易所给人们带来的习惯与信任这点不是一个新事物去中心交易所能在短时间改变的，要想改变就需要与中心交易所之间协调发展，也就是共存。二者一同维护BTC交易体系。

Welcome.
I am Chinese and know exactly the importance of Weibo, the most popular social media in China from which Bitcoiners get the crypto-currency news. But only two tweets have been posted since your official account was created one week ago and one of which is even meaningless. This shows your less attention on Chinese medias.
I think a lot more can be done to make it better since you have a China CEO. There is no doubt that III can get more supports and benefit from a well managed Weibo as now more and more Chinese are getting interested in BTS/PTS/AGS/III.
