it's 100% sure some experienced members/traders/coders have their personal bot's out there! But nothing official

How would it be possible since exchange 1 would have the 0.9 wallet installed and exchange 2 the bts2.0 wallet?
the bts2.0 wallet could not receive bts from a bts1 wallet because they are on a different chain....

The settlement will always happen AT the feed .. and there is a time delay .. I think 24h or so .. until settlement request and actual settlement

But I just had an idea!
Make it sense the settlement take place at a random time between the next 24 hours? So the one that makes the settlement is guaranteed not to manipulate the  price-feed in anyway after exactly 24 hours? Make that sense?

Yes , we are on a downtrend channel but right now on the lower resistance line...
+ we are on the lower bollinger bands line (that works as a resistance too

so I think even if the downtrend continues we will first witness a bounce to 2300 the next 2 days (before going to 1800)
