reason?  :(

The answer is here:

I think some of us found out an important and annoying issue, and it should be highlighted somewhere.
Most of you, experienced geeks, use linux, so mostly Firefox but the average user is getting errors with either IE and Chrome in Windows, using the light wallet and/or OpenLedger

I have same issue here. Every single time I try getting my balance claiming trx expiration msg comes up  :'(

It happens when I try with web wallet

When I try to do it with light wallet, it doesn't even show me the balance.

It saids it is loading balance and stuck there for a long time and nothing happens.

Plz help T.T

Yep, OpenLedger and Firefox finally did it

Thanks guys for trying to help
Same result in OpenLedger using both IE and Chrome. Tried Win7 x86 and 64, same result
I am able to import "keys.json" (it's only 506 keys) and see the unclaimed balances (which are correct) but it fails claiming those balances

FINALLY DID IT USING FIREFOX

It's the light desktop wallet, not the web wallet. No browser used
Also the clock is synced, it's one of the first things I tried

It went through, thanks again for your support

Now it appears in my transactions at metaexchange with status completed (it was empty before), so I guess it's just a question of a few confirmations for the BTC to get there. Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I came here from support tab at metaexchange site.

I sold 6 BitUSD for BTC hours ago and did not receive the BTC, the transaction is not even pending.
Could you please help me with this?

I put in my Cryptsy BTC address: 1J2MDpeBXuSPSDP9KcQ6p2bVTtnySUp7kk
I sent 6 BitUSD from my account (thelostboy) to liquidusd
Deposit memo is bitUSD_BTC-0-1J2MDpeBXuSPSDP9KcQ6p
And, yes, I pressed Submit several times, nothing happened though
