General Discussion / Atempting to withdraw BTS from bter.com - getting error message.

I get the following error message when trying to transfer BTS to my new account in bitshares.
I use my public key with no memo.

Error message:
"cancelled:BTS account is not registered or memo is too long"


What can I do?
Anyone know of a way I can write bter.com support in english?

Technical Support / Bitshares is asking for a password at startup. How do I restart it?

I am using bitshares v0.5.1 on windows.
I might have used an older version before just to test the system so I did not backup password. I have now forgotten the password.

How to I start from scratch?
