I have just received this response from Shapeshift:

I have looked up your order and it did successfully complete. Here is the outgoing txid for you: https://bitsharesblocks.com/blocks/block?id=3399943
If you are not seeing the funds in your wallet, make sure your wallet is up to date and synced and if you have done this and you are still not seeing the funs, you will need to reach out to your wallet provider and let them know what is going on and they should be able to fix your wallet so that you see your funds reflect.
