If you are not seeing the funds in your wallet, make sure your wallet is up to date and synced and if you have done this and you are still not seeing the funs, you will need to reach out to your wallet provider and let them know what is going on and they should be able to fix your wallet so that you see your funds reflect.

Dear Sir / Madam

I recently sent a payment via Shapeshift.io to my account QUANTUMSPIRIT. But I have had trouble registering my account and the payment does not show up on my wallet. The wallet has also had trouble updating the blockchain; it reaches about 61% then it crashes.

Any assistance in this matter would be most appreciated.
