我也有类似的想法，我的想法是要请技术员开发一个插件，形成建站API，改几个参数直接可以与传统电子货币网关（alipay，paypal等）形成对接，自动兑换，这样才是人人兑换商计划。不需资格申请，只要有BTS额度和或第三方支付额度就可申请，可兑换额直接在内盘显示，按额度排序，客户自主选择，充提自动完成，自动检测第三方支付可用额度及交易额度，具体要请技术控来解决了，最好是直接在内盘通过参数设置实现对接，避免很多麻烦

I support the third scheme,but not 50%
1.divid percent according to the percent of the OBITS solded.for example : If OpenLedger monthly profit equal to 5,000,000 BTS and Obits has solded 40% to the market,then 40% of the profit divid to the solded OBITS holders,60% of the profit buyback&burn on market,and so on.
2. I suggest place buyback order at a little higher than the highest bid price not just simply buy up!
3.when obits reached its sold aim（maybe 70% or 80%？）, 100% of the profits should be divided to 100% obits holders, include the  unsolded OBITS that  holded by ccedk.

炒币者没有信仰无所谓的，技术没有信仰就可怕了，他在为bts工作，却不认为bts有前途，所以他害怕用固定的bts计算工资，而要用固定的现金计算
如果有信仰，对自己的技术有信心，能许BTS一个辉煌的未来，我想他也乐意用固定的BTS计算工资，因为在不远的将来这会为他带来不菲的回报。
