Technical Support / My bitshres.openledger.info password is not working

I have an account in

Recently I gave permission to someone for trading. At that time by mistake I removed the existing key there, but not published it. Again I went to Permissions-Active permissions and that key was there. I added the name I wanted to give permission. At that time I didn't watch, but later when I watched, I found that under the public key under MEMO KEY is "Not a valid public key".
After that my password is not working. Even though I am using the correct password, it says incorrect password. Even CREATE BACKUP Tab (under WALLET MANAGEMENT CONSOLE) is not working. So the last I downloaded the BACKUP FILE is on 7th June, 2016.
As of now I am in a logged in position in OPEN LEDGER. But I can't open my wallet lock or transfer or send from my OPEN LEDGER account.
What should I do?
