This is why no serious business will ever accept bitshares as an underlying platform. Changing contract terms after it is done is bullshit. Terms should not be changed in such a way that they hurt users. You want to change something, apply it to new positions, terms of existing positions should be respected. No serious business will ever want to depend on a will of few anonymous dudes.

The change is passed with over 50% of committee and this is one of the rule.

Hi all, I'm looking to find a way to  change RMB to Bitcoin which is better than Localbitcoins. Is Bitshares with its CNY/BitCNY function a good use for that?

If so, could someone recommend a good way to do so.

First you need to have Alipay/Wechat/Bank transfer which can send fiat CNY to Chinese merchants so that they can send you bitCNY.
So far I only know Wechat HongKong version add the HKD to CNY functions. Not sure their have international version for sending fiat CNY.

所以其实主要问题是要有实名验证的支付宝，有一位俄罗斯友人试过注册了支付宝国际版，绑定了其中国银行卡以及手机号码，就可以通过支付宝转账给承兑商充值了。
更简单的办法是，就是找一位中国人帮你用支付宝转钱过去。
