How did you withdraw them? Did you use Openledger gateway or the Blocktrades bridge? If you used Openledger then you need to contact their support at support@openledger.info with your Bitshares username and the Bitcoin address you sent your Bitcoin too.

Hello, I withdraw bitcoin from my bitshares wallet at 6:55 PM PST on july 15th (yesterday) but the coins still haven't come. When I withdrew, the bitshares client said the transaction was confirmed immediately. Is it just taking really long because of increased network using of bitcoin recently? I'm getting kind of worried, any more info or suggestions is much appreciated. Thanks!
