you see what i dont understands whyyyy because if address is invalid the website in this case eobot would not send anywhere? or this gone forever? and i have no chance to get them back

hi all I have problem.i have withdraw bts from.web eobot ;com see below
WITHDRAW BTS 3745.79475478 to dec12f756aa54b78af5 Memo: bittrex-deposit
this should go to bittrex account nothing come so.i email.them and they email.me back see below
