We are planning to launch an exchange in Vietnam. We have our own local payment gateway which accept deposit and withdraw VND (Vietnam currency) via Internet Banking, VISA, MASTER... We need somebody who can intergrate our payment gateway to Bitshares Gateway so that users can convert VND to our UIA

Which exchange did you use? https://openledger.io/ is a good choice instead of bitshares.org

Yes. Only the owner of asset X can create assets X.Y.
I wonder how "RUDEX" and "RUDEX.GOLOS" are created by different users?

I tried to create UIA name "TRUSTCARD.USDT" on openledger.io but an error screen is shown:
If I create the asset on bitshares.org/wallet, the error is
I don't know how to solve this problem. Should I create the asset "TRUSTCARD" or "TRUSTPAY" before I create "TRUSTCARD.USDT"? (In case my username is "trustpay")

Bitshares is great. I feel safe when trading on a blockchain exchange. The problem is that if I want to trade BTC, I should deposit my BTC to Openledger and get back OPEN.BTC
What will happen when Openledger (or other Gateway) go away with my BTC? Then their token will be useless.
I don't want to risk my money with a company. Is there any blockchain can act as a gateway? It's great if there is a decentralized gatewate that I can trust.

We are Trustpay Inc, an online payment gateway in Vietnam. We are interested in participating in Bitshares as a gateway. We can attract our users to deposit VND on Bitshares so that they can trade VND for BTC, BTS, USDT...
We have some questions:
1. Could we issue an asset as VNDT and allow users to trade them directly with USDT? (not only BTS, BTC, bitUSD...)
2. What is the requirement to be listed on Bitshares as a gateway? Our users should deposit and withdraw by VND (VNDT asset token)
3. Who could we contact to discuss more about this opportunity?
