Technical Support / Need help with connecting web wallet to public testnet

I am working to create a public testnet using http://docs.bitshares.org/testnet/public-testnet-howto.html
When i at the web wallet section, I am unable to find config files to edit as specified in http://docs.bitshares.org/testnet/6-webwallet.html
I want to edit config.coffee to add the chain ID of my public testnet, the folder "dl" doesnt seem to be present along.
