Could it be cheaper and easier just to schedule a monthly fee adjustment by committee?
Like, every month at a certain day the committee adjusts the fee according to the current price of BTS. As this will become a "part of the job", every member will have to engage in discussion and voting. And because the adjustment date is known beforehand, all the discussions would take place in the days leading up to it with arriving to final decision at the day of the adjustment
