After 6 days waiting for, Mr Michael in Poloniex Support Team has already resolved my problem and return amount into my balance. I have not see your message. But I want to say I thank you so much because you talked to me and gave me solution while I very worried and dont know what have to do , just help for everyone

That text is Bitshares memo of the receiver on Poloniex account and it is fix , not random.

Do you want to view the detail of that text???

the address I inputed is the BTS memo of ther receiver

At the address textbox, I inputed The bts memo of the receiver.

At the memo textbox, I input the bts memo of me.

And then The transaction is complete error. I and the receiver, both of us are also no money.

On Wed Jan 10th 2018, I did a transaction withdraw Bitshares coin on my poloniex account but it has been marked Complete Error. And I lost that amount in my BTS balance.

At the memo textbox, I inputed my memo instead of the receiver's memo
At the address textbox, I input the receiver's memo instead of his address.

Now the transaction is error, no deposit into his balance , and also me lost amount.

I created 7 tickets on Poloniex Support but they have not replied any message.

I am very worried beacause that is very big amount.

Do someone know any information , please tell me or please talk to me!!! PLEASE HELP ME!
