Bitshares newbie here. If this question should belong in another forum please let me know.

I downloaded the bitshares 2.0 desktop exchange client, (i think its Graphene) for window and I see a difference in price between OPEN.BTC vs BITBIT, like $1000..
Why is that?

Also, i tried to register to withdrawl Fiat and the link is not there.

Any idea whats going on?
