Ah my apologies that means you need the microsoft visual c++ redistribute.  It can be found here.  Installing it should fix your problems.

Hello, I just registered on this forum because I wanted to give you an error report.

GPU Geforce 660 (not TI) 2Gb DDR
CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1045T

The program refuses to start, crashes with a popup message:

[Window Title]
arCUDAminer.exe

[Main Instruction]
arCUDAminer.exe has stopped working

[Content]
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

[Close program]

This happens with normal program and highperf either one with avx or sse4.
