Technical Support / CPU capabilities

Yo folks,

Newbie here! I'm trying to configure my CPU miner, but am not sure which .zip file to go for. The ReadMe.txt says I have to check my CPU's capabilities, but I have no idea where to look. My CPU is intel i5-2430-M, running Windows 7.

Any advice, suggestions welcome.
