中文 (Chinese) / Re: 引入部分小蚁股在BTS平台交易的计划
« on: December 21, 2015, 10:16:01 am »

I though 0 is never, but it does mean zero.

Now as soon as I log in, it locks/logs me out.

What do i do?

3
Passphrase has nothing todo with the wallets root key afaik ..

okay so the passphrase is only used to encrypt the wallet files. I'll try to export my btsx priv key and import.

4
So the keys stay within my wallet folder. If I want to remove them, I can:

1. backup and rename the wallet folder
2. open the client, create a new wallet using the same passphare
3. if the money shows up, delete the renamed old wallet folder

Am I right?

5
If I imported private key/wallet.dat from pts/bts into btsx client, does the client keep these keys?

Is it necessary to import to a one-time temp account and transfer it back to my main btsx account?

General Discussion / Re: How to claim Keyhotee founder ID?
« on: July 20, 2014, 12:34:41 pm »
I think Stan is maintaining a spreadsheet of founders.  You should be OK once the dust settles from the BitsharesX release.

I have a Keyhotee founder ID. I successfully regsited earlier this year but missed the May re-register. I just found out that my ID is not reserved in Bitshares X's genesis block.

Is there any way to claim my ID?

Problem is if it is not reserved, it may get registered by others.

According to my understanding, under TITAN no one else has knowledge of the spendable balances linked to an address, except the private key owner. And to check your exact balance, you need to have a full copy of the blockchain and scan every TXs to find spendable balances.

Does this mean lite clients (SPV/blockchain.info wallet) are impossible under TITAN?

Correct, there is a plan to add "observer key" to give to semi-trusted server for this application

Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk

Great I just thought of that too.

I have a feeling that these delegate key, observer key thing bring us to a new level on par with the days that file system permissions are first introduced.

BitShares AGS / Re: [AGS] Angelshares day 1 statistics.
« on: January 02, 2014, 05:04:43 pm »
Angleshares value in PTS: 2.133 AGS/PTS = 9.50 USD. Total donations today: 2,343.996 PTS = 47,770.64 USD.
Angleshares value in BTC: 80.825 AGS/BTC = 9.28 USD. Total donations today: 61.862 BTC = 46,693.44 USD.

That's a total funding of 94,464.08 USD on day one! Good job!

Folks who moved from PTS/BTC to AGS today more than doubled their stake in BitShares and subsequent DACs.
I wonder how long that deal will hold up...

"...And we're goin' to Surf City, 'cause it's two to one"

PTS is more valuable for sure, cause you can buy and sell at any time. AGS will not be close to PTS's value until really exciting DAC comes out. Right?

PTS is more likely to get you a cut of 3rd party DACs and is more liquid.   So I would consider PTS the investment choice for those on the fence, and AGS for those who are committed.

Daniel, what is the estimated amount of ProtoShares when 2M of AGS is compelety allocated in 200 days?

If BitShares doesn't get released in 150ish days, 1 PTS will weight more than 1 AGS when getting BTS.

Is there any term prohibiting  Invictus to invest in AGS with PTS mined by itself?

We apply the same rules to ourselves that we apply to everyone else.   Equal opportunity for all.    The only rule we have is that funds sent to an Angel address cannot be sent back to the Angel address (by us) and must be documented in our public spread sheet showing how the funds are spent.   In other words, our opportunity to profit from this project is EQUAL to everyone else's opportunity to profit and our sources of profit are the same as everyone else's.

All PTS that is sent to the Angel fund is spent into circulation.  If we send our mined/purchased PTS to the Angel address you will be able to see how we spend it and once we do so we will be unable to 'dump and run' without building BitShares and other DACs.  This is a very good thing for the community because we are reinvesting our 'profits in PTS' back into building the ecosystem rather than holding the PTS.

The major reason we can offer the bounties prior to fully funding AGS is because we know we will be investing 95% of our own PTS into the fund over time.

Invictus has "insider" information of when BitShares will be released and how it is going on, it puts the compnay in a much better position than outside investors.

Can you make Invictus AGS investment transparent by using a fixed Bitcoin/ProtoShares address?

Actually we don't have much insider information, 100% of code will be public and we will have a lot of public testing / reports.  Our current strategy is to invest evenly over the first 2-3 months.   However, we would like to maintain some privacy over our addresses for obvious reasons.   I think anyone can look at the code, the progress, the bug reports, and make an independent assessment of our delivery date because I know i am horrible at estimating these things.

Oh, I forgot it's opensource. Fair and square, and thanks for sharing your strategy :D

coinexplorer doesnt seem to show the correct numbers here, cos the first transaction of 500pts from some punk (well maybe not) is shown twice....

https://coinplorer.com/PTS/Addresses/PaNGELmZgzRQCKeEKM6ifgTqNkC4ceiAWw

You're right. There's a bug in coinplorer.com counting many PTS transactions twice.
