i upgraded to from Annual to lifetime membership 2 months ago as i got told i would be refunded by Ronny. That hasn't happened as it appears to be no one is responsible for things that go wrong with software ??

if this can be traced to account i believe it never worked due to the exchange being updated at the time or at least thats what i was told.

Annual Membership has not worked for me and at least 2 others users i know of
I understand this feature has or will be removed from the platform as its not working as intended - according to the github who have closed the issue
looking for a refund for the price i paid 4,000 BTS and discussing with Ronny who advised to create a topic so it can be solved

I have same issue, do we know if its going to get fixed anytime soon?

Will the fees be returned?... I have spent around 400 on fees plus the 4.000 of the membership, this is my account:

I have spoke to Ronny who has agreed that i should be refunded for Annual Membership not sure about the fees as i just took it as a loss.
