Where are we suppose to register these? invictus-innovations.com/founder-sign-up/ doesn't seem to be working...

ADDENDUM: the keyhotee client register checkbox is now functional; no need to register the old way.

What is the handle? I don't want something silly sounding...

Anyone know if / when we will find out our Founder Rank? I'm sure I'm near the bottom, but, it'd still be nice to know...

Marketplace / Re: 200 PTS - Mac OS X Keyhotee Packaging Script [ACTIVE]
« on: January 19, 2014, 05:53:23 am »
apparently it does crash a lot when linking libstdc++ and libgcc_s statically (not too sure why...) so I updated the script to link dynamically and resolve the links properly.

Here's an updated .dmg: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ngq8c9hsbypxsvv/Keyhotee.dmg

I can confirm that this works fine for me (on Mavericks; I tried to compile on my own over the last few weeks and have all sorts of extra libs all over the place though).  I get the same public key as I did on the day 1 version of the PC keyhotee software.

has anyone replied with their public key yet?  I got an email saying I got my 1st choice, but, that's all I've done so far...I've sent nothing...

ADDENDUM: looks like I've missed nothing yet! (12/30@12pm central USA)

BitShares PTS / Re: does solo mining work?

Is there a mining difficulty calculator?  Suppose I wanted to know how many weeks it would take to get a 50/50 chance of mining 1 block at 100 cpm, is there any way to figure this out?

I forget, whats the schedule for difficulty updates now?  And it can be as much as 32x each time right?
that's my understanding…32x per 2100 blocks or so...

Anyone care to report old vs new hash rates... make sure you let it run for about 5 minutes before you call the number because it takes a while to average out.

Keyhotee / Re: Connecting Keyhotee and Protoshares
« on: November 11, 2013, 02:56:28 am »
Fill in the blank:

1 protoshare = x % of all protoshares ever to be mined (2 million total was it?)
1 bitshare = y% of all bitshares ever to be mined (??)

1 protoshare = z bitshares (1.0 I believe)

x/y

Well…it'll be at least a week for me...

i'm finding that the balance is going up a lot slower.. i thought you increased the pps

When the difficulty increases the average number of shares it takes to find a block also increases.

PPS = BLOCK_REWARD / AVERAGE_SHARES_TO_FIND_BLOCK

My fee was 3% and now that things have calmed down a bit I am going to adjust to 0% for a while.

gimme a command line option to donate and I'll set mine machines to donate 10%
