Post step by step how you signed up etc...  Did you play with the account permissions?  Did you backup the wallet file?  Did you sign up with the account method?  Did you delete the wallet in the browser?  Are you using the light client?

Did you play with the account permissions? No, I been only doing exchanges
Did you backup the wallet file? Yes, I have a .bin file, the same which I got at the beginning. I have a .cvs file with transactions and screens
Did you sign up with the account method? No, I only sing up as wallet model
Did you delete the wallet in the browser? No(Yes), I got error with login password, so I restarted my operation system(windows 10) and I got problem to login in to Windows. Without access to Windows I decided to reinstall my operation system (I been scared that I got a virus). But the problem is still on...
Are you using the light client? No,  website (chrome)
