General Discussion / The War on Cash is Over, They Won!
« on: January 03, 2017, 04:30:21 pm »
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-01-03/greece-unleashes-soft-cash-ban

The last few years there was an enormous campaign with tv commercials trying to persuade everyone to stop using cash and convert everyone to plastic money users, it failed but now it's time for their plan B.
Every one has to use plastic/electronic money or will suffer heavy taxation, depending on your yearly income you will have to spent 10%-20% of it with cards or electronic buy transfers.

The above article doesn't mention the fact that you will also loose the tax deductible sum of 1900-2100 euros!

After the "training period" is over it's a certainty that they will raise the percentage to 100% because everyone will know how to use credit cards, cash are already advertised/promoted as "bad" "filthy" "stinky" "cumbersome" "you don't need it!" "it's bad for you"

Soon in your country too!

General Discussion / Famous quotes about STEEM
« on: July 11, 2016, 08:38:39 pm »
This is a place to keep a list of quotes about STEEM that we think will be famous in the future!

There is no need to only quote other people, you can just say your opinion too. (with as few words as posible)

most idiotic creation in crypto

It's a typical pump and dump scheme

The blockchain won't be valuable long term

No usability at all.

Medium is much better

Random Discussion / The Crying Bears Thread!
« on: May 21, 2015, 04:28:42 pm »

I created this thread in order to offer a place for the bears to cry in the future. I feel it would be harsh if there was no place for them in the whole forum.

So, if you are a bear and at some point in the future you feel awful, feel free to come in and start crying, drop a tear or two, ease your pain!

General Discussion / Poll about Bitshares-Bitcoin diversification.
« on: September 27, 2014, 08:56:02 am »
I'm curious about what most people think, right now I'm 50%-50% and the only thing that stops me from going 90% bitshares is the possibility of one last pump in bitcoin price.

Just vote only for your bts-btc allocation, leave any other crypto out of the equation.

I was expecting this version to solve the problem but so far I have no luck, here is what I did..

I uninstalled and deleted everything and reinstalled 0.4.10 win 64 version(Also tried ubuntu versions in my desktop with virtual box  and in my laptop with normal ubuntu installation with no luck)
I started my wallet and the moment it asked me to enter and confirm a password in order to create a new wallet I just imported my backup wallet json.
When the wallet finished synchronization my market orders  were still missing.
In console I tried wallet_rescan_blockchain  but it didn't work.
I tried the recover commands but I had no luck.

Did anyone managed to recover his missing market orders? if yes what did you do exactly?

Is there anyone else that still has this problem or I'm the only one?

Should I wait for next versions to solve this?

BitShares AGS / Some help please
« on: May 17, 2014, 07:43:33 pm »
I made two pts donations last night for angelshares, all went well and I could see my donation address in http://www1.agsexplorer.com/ Today morning I made another donation but this time I could not find my donation address.

I have 7 confirmations so far and this tx ID: b29dc9bb9f5efd7fac6f1dda8e6fc1cea137690e1dcfb4e4d5a863f5113e5314 I checked the tx ID here https://coinplorer.com/PTS/Transactions/b29dc9bb9f5efd7fac6f1dda8e6fc1cea137690e1dcfb4e4d5a863f5113e5314 but I can't see my wallet's address unless I click this address "PgN7PNdAiNRH6qCEVPoDy4Ck6VT7SzdoCX" this address also apears as the donating address in http://www1.agsexplorer.com/ instead of my own address.

Im a little confused, is anything wrong here?
