Openledger / Tried to deposit Ether has not worked as issue with Openledger getting updated

Ether transaction still not came through to Openledger account

if this can be traced to account i believe it never worked due to the exchange being updated at the time or at least thats what i was told.

Annual Membership has not worked for me and at least 2 others users i know of
I understand this feature has or will be removed from the platform as its not working as intended - according to the github who have closed the issue
looking for a refund for the price i paid 4,000 BTS and discussing with Ronny who advised to create a topic so it can be solved

I know some large fees are not immediately returned but i have made 10 or so transactions 100 bits worth or so in the last few days and thought  i would have something in Vesting balance but nothing showing up
