Lots more volume showing up on CoinGecko.com for Bitshares trading. Any idea why? Is this normal?

I have done art related to Bitcoin that has received a lot of attention in cryptocurrency news sites. My work is for sale on BitPremier, a luxury site selling real estate, jewelry, art and other valuable items for Bitcoin. I am interested in doing a series of art around Bitshares.

Having trouble with my bitshares wallet 2.0

Can't open it today. Had trouble downloading the blockchain yesterday. Took a few tries to get my bitshare amounts to show. But today, I can't even open it.

I had the earlier version but never bought any bitshares until downloading the new 2.0 version.

Help...
