Openledger / Deposited ETH, and can't use them, always asking for a fee for BTS

Hello,
I'm a new user, and I have moved a bit of my ETH to open.ETH wallet.
And now I can't do nothing with them, as it is always asking for a fee, which should be paid using BTS, I can't even exchange the amount from open.ETH to BTS, as it still wants a fee.
What should I do, and how i can withdraw all the amount?
