Is it possible to restrict the sales of User Issued Assets similar to a lock up feature used in ICO's?

For a given period or under the issuers decision, the holders of the asset will not be able sell their assets. The permissions restrict the transfer of the asset but not sales.

Can whitelists be used for this purpose?

Technical Support / Asset ownership changed, now I can't issue anymore

I have created an asset named HEARTBIT under the bzzrx user,  and I have issued 770.000 tokens. I have transferred the ownership of the token to user tnsl-ky. Now when I try to issue new tokens, the operation hangs. I can still send existing tokens but I can't issue.

Technical Support / How to monitor the owners of a UIA

Is it possible to know how much each account owns of a particular UIA? We would like to create a mechanism where we pay dividends to holders of our UIA. I issued some, I sent some, then there will be buys&sells. How can I know the total at each user.

If there is such a thing, what happens when confidential transactions are used?
