'The Real Decentralization'---the BitShares meetup Shanghai, hosted by BitShares Community & GBAC at 14:00, 15th October 2019. This meetup co-hosted by Ethereum classic community、VPLedger、DogeChina、Shiliancaijing， supported by Bihu & Lichang community, and supported by 20+media such as jinsecaijing、bitwires、lianguantianxia、tuoniaoblockchain、xingjishijie、lianhucaijing.

2019年10月15日下午2:00，由BitShares比特股社区和GBAC主办的比特股全国行上海站——真.去中心化，在位于长宁来福士T1办公楼的币乎举行，本次活动由Ethereum classic社区、VPLedger、DogeChina、世链财经联合主办，币乎和力场作为社区支持，金色财经、币快报、链观天下、鸵鸟区块链、星际视界、链虎财经等20多家媒体支持。



In the beginning, BitShares committee member & co-founeder of waterdrip capital jademont gave the opening as host, he introduced the real decentralized project and hornorable guests.

活动开始，比特股理事、水滴资本合伙人大山作为主持人开场，讲述他心目中真正的去中心化项目以及介绍本次活动到场的嘉宾。



Then, Founder of GDEX.IO Jerry Liu gave the opening speech as representative of BitShares committee member. Jerry briefly reviewed the history of BitShares from establishment in 2013, the first to propose the concept of decentralized exchange and asset mortgage to becoming a fully decentralized project. He also introduced the improvement of bitshares and the new forces of ecology, such as abolishing the mechanism of black swan triggering the global liquidation, and the newly emerged organization: cn-vote, which represents the voice of  retail investors, has become the largest proxy vote in bitshares community. Cn-vote has showed the best practice of decentralized governance in bitshares community. At the same time, Jerry disclosed the direction of evolution in future. First, the core development team is considering to separate the role of withness node in charge of maintenance of network security and the role in charge of providing feed price. Second, separate the management of community and bitshares as a product. For example, the current financial assets: smart currency in bitshares system such as bitcny、bitUSD are managed ny council. In the future, we hope to find or build a special organizaiton to manage stable currency and other financial assets. The council focuses on commmunity goverance. Third, a series of activities are being planned to attract market makers and capital into the internal market and improve liquidity and trading activity, such as the recent trading competition in BitShares, which delivers 60,000BTS per day.

接着，比特股理事、GDEX创始人巨蟹作为比特股理事会代表进行开场致辞。巨蟹在致辞中简单回顾了比特股从2013年创立、最早提出去中心化交易所以及资产抵押等概念到目前成为一个完全去中心化到项目的历程。并介绍比特股在最近两年的改进和生态出现的新力量，比如废除黑天鹅触发全局清算的机制，最新出现的代表散户声音的比特股工会cn-vote组织，从最初的几百万票仓，到如今接近3亿成为比特股生态最大的票仓，显示出比特股社区在去中心化治理中的最佳实践。同时透露项目未来进化的方向，其一是，核心开发团队正在考虑推动把见证人节点的负责出块维护网络安全和负责提供喂价的角色分开，其二是把社区的管理组织和对比特股作为一个产品的管理架构分开。比如目前比特股系统的稳定币如bitcny、bitUSD等金融资产当前由理事会管理，未来希望寻找或者构建专门的组织管理稳定币等金融资产，理事会专注于社区的治理。其三是正在策划一系列的活动去吸引做市商和资本进入内盘，提高流动性和交易活跃度，比如近期开展的比特股交易大赛，每天送出60,000BTS等。



比特股工会cn-vote目前作为比特股生态第一大票仓的持有组织，其代表杭君首次在比特股全国行上海站的现场对外介绍比特股工会组织。杭君从cn-vote的成立背景、目前如何参与社区治理以及工会成立以来做的事情三个方面对cn-vote进行介绍。杭君作为2年多的比特股生态稳定币bitcny的头部承兑商，首先对过去理事会牵头进行的取消黑天鹅全局清算以及爆仓惩罚比例的调整表示认同。并分享2018年下半年币圈整体表现不太好，比特币从年初最高点19000多美元跌至3000多美元，比特股更是跌破了2017年九四事件最低点。社区众多看好比特股、认为比特股价值被严重低估的散户希望能建言献策，一起参与到比特股的治理中，比特股工会cn-vote应运而生。从最初的几百万、几千万票到目前接近3亿成为比特股生态最大票仓持有者的组织。工会从成立以来，已经经历过多签换届选举、参与BSIP提案投票并通过用bitcny回购BTS的提案、发cn-vote积分、秉持开源节流的方针支持提高worker门槛的提案，成立工会专门的社交媒体渠道、支持基于比特股的应用项目——百城链的发展。

最后，杭君表示，作为生态的一员，当前的比特股相比2017年不管从产品（如移动端钱包）、系统（爆仓机制改革）还是社区（有了更多类似工会的组织出现）治理方面都有了很大的进步，生态也壮大了很多，但是价格还没有表现出来。cn-vote会持续的推广比特股。

Cn-vote, as the largest proxy vote  in BitShares community. Hangjun the representative of Cn-vote firstly showed up in BitShares meetup Shanghai. Hangjun introduced cn-vote from 3 aspects:  its establishment background, how to participate in community governance and what cn-vote has done since its establishment. As one of the famous acceptors of bitcny, Hangjun disclosed that he agreed with the cancellation of the global liquidation of black swan and adjustment of the proportion ot the punishment for the breach of position led bycouncil in the past. in the second half of 2018, the overall performance of the cryptocurrency market was not very good. Bitcoin fell to 3000+USD from a peak of 19000+USD at the beginning of the year. BitShares fell to the lowest point of the September 4th in 2017. Many retails investors in the community who are optimistic about bitshares and think bitshares is seriously underestimated, they hope to make suggestions and participate in the governance of bitshares together. Thus, cn-vote came into being from the initial millions, it has become the largest proxy vote holder organzation in bitshares ecology. Since its establishment, cn-vote has gone through many things such as  multi-signature elections, participated in BSIP voting and supported the proposal to raise the worker threshold by using bitcny's proposal to buy back BTS, issuing cn-vote token, voting for refund400k, establish s special social media channel for cn-vote and supporting the application project"100cities Chain" based on BitShares.

In the end, Hangjun said that as a member of the ecosystem, the current BitShares has made great progress compared with 2017 in terms of products(such as mobile wallet), system(mechanism reform) and community governance ( more organizations similar to cn-vote) and the ecology has grown a lot, but the price has not yet been shown. Cn-vote will continue to promote BitShares.



XuKang, manager of ETC Asia Pacific community, gave the keynote speech "the vaule outlook of ethereum classic". First of all, XuKang introduced the birth background of ETC and  original intention of adhering to the original POW consensus algorithm. From 2018-2018, ETC community didn't have a similar role as the council of BitShares, so there was little external voice. However, in 2018, ETC community established two organzations: etclabs and etc cooperatives, helping non-bockchian companies to develop and apply etc ecology. ETC cooperative is to raise funds from institutions to invest in development of ETC developer's tool. Then, he elaborated the current progress of ETC community from three aspects: Industry cooperation, technical development and community development.

ETC亚太社区经理 胥康进行主题分享《以太经典的价值展望》。首先，胥康对ETC的诞生背景以及坚持原生的POW共识算法的初心。从2016年-2018年期间，ETC社区因没有类似比特股理事会的角色，对外发声较少，但2018年， ETC社区成立两个组织：ETClabs和ETC合作社，前者主要负责应用孵化，帮助非区块链公司来ETC生态做开发和应用。而ETC合作社则是向机构募集资金投入到以太经典的工具和具体开发中。接着，他从行业合作、技术开发、社区发展三方面阐述了ETC社区目前的进展。



Ronny Boesing, founder of Openledger Aps and BitShares committee member, who has been deeply involved in bitshares for many years, brings his new project VPLedger to build a platform based on the bottom layer of Grpahene Blockchain, and apply on gig economy field. He pointed out that, at present, the platform of current gig economy faces the following problems:
First, disputes such as delay in payment, no payment and unfairness; Second, false accounts and false comments; third, high cost, limited currency types, unclear incentive system, etc. Fourth, there is a lack of supervision and government taxes, employers and freelancers; rights and interests cannot be guaranteed. As a SEC compliance project, VPLedger stors the complete account history(transaction history, release task history, etc.) and verification history on the blockchain, and ensures safe transations based on the implementation of smart contracts and independent custody services, so as to ensure every account delivery. It is easy to check and cannot be tampered with. Once there is a labor dispute or the government needs tax supervision, it can be used as a voucher. At the same time, it supports multi currency transaction,low cost, automatic and transparent reward.

深耕BitShares多年的比特股理事、Openledger Aps 创始人 Ronny Boesing这次带来他的新项目Vpledger，致力于打造基于石墨烯区块链底层的平台，并实践在零工经济领域的应用。他指出，当前零工经济平台面临如下问题：
一是拖延付款、不付款以及不公平等纠纷；二是虚假账户和虚假评论，三是费用高、货币种类有限，奖励制度不明确等。四是缺乏监管，政府税收、雇主及自由职业者权益都无法得到保障，VPLedger作为一个SEC合规项目，将完整的账户历史（交易历史、发布任务历史等）、验证历史储存在区块链上，并且基于执行智能合同和独立的托管服务以确保安全的交易，从而确保账户的每一次交易可查且不可篡改。一旦发生劳动纠纷或者政府需要税收监管，都可以作为凭证。同时，支持多币种交易，费用低廉，奖励自动、透明。



Ken, as an internet veteran of continuous entrepreneurship, shared the experience that HNB, the project they invested in, was "reaped" after going online to a second tire centralized exchange, and then actively went offline to the exchange.BitShares, as the earliest decentralized exchange, has a 0-currency fee; the project party can have transaction fee income; The account is transparent, so you don't need to worry about the exchange smashing the market by selling data. Ken 作为连续创业的互联网老兵，分享了他们投资的项目HNB在上线某二线中心化交易所后被“收割”的经历，之后主动下线该交易所。BitShares比特股作为最早的去中心化交易所，具有0上币费；项目方可以有交易手续费收入；
持仓地址透明，不用担心交易所卖数据砸盘等优势。在Ken的建议下，HNB项目决定上线BitShares去中心化交易所。



In the end, the panel host jademont invited guests: Jerry Liu、Ronny Boesing、XuKang and Ken to discussing about the topic"The future of decentralized project" . The host asked two question, the first is to shares their own understanding in centralization and decentralization, and the other is to shares the opinion on the future of decentralized project. Every guest shared their observation and opinion on these two question. And discussed with each other.

Introduction of GBAC
GBAC (Graphene Blockchain Application Center) is a non-profit organization jointly initiated by the core people of the Graphene Blockchain ecology in China and abroad, covering technical communities, blockchain R&D companies, investment institutions, media, exchanges and the network security team, the resources covering millions of blockchain users worldwide. Linda is the Coordinator assistant of BitShares Core Team, she is taking charge of communication of core team with Chinese community, also she is responsible for Chinese community’s cooperation with local media. Luke is the social media marketing executive of GBAC, he is an active member in BitShares overseas community, he will spread news in Chinese BitShares community to overseas media. Since GBAC's establishment more than one year, it has organized several online and offline technical communication activities, including 3 conferences for more than 400 peoples, one conference for more than 1,000 peoples, several small numbers of meetings. Now we are planning the series meetups for BitShares around China, the first meetup will take place on middle October in Shanghai.

Why we run for election?
With the passage of time, we find that some of the witness only meet the basic needs of not losing block, but do not actively participate in contributing to the community, such as developing or making developments tools. We hope that more people with ability will come forward to run for witnesses, which will make the competition for this honourable job more fierce.
With the cooperation of ety001 and GBAC, we hope that on the one hand, with the help of ety001's professional node operation, maintenance experience and program development capabilities, we can provide stable witness services and API node services for the community, as well as the possible development of tools based on BTS ecology in future. On the other hand, in the absence of marketing worker, We hope to support bitshares meetup and online promotional activities in China with a portion of our meagre witness income.

此次ety001与gbac联合，我们希望一方面借助ety001专业的节点运维经验和程序开发能力，能为社区提供稳定的见证人服务和API节点服务，以及后面有可能的基于BTS生态的工具开发，另一方面，在marketing worker没有通过的情况下，我们希望从微薄的见证人收入中拿出一部分来支持中国区的bitshares meetup和线上推广活动。

The 2nd Global Graphene Blockchain Developers Conference opened at the Grand Kempinski hotel in Shanghai on July 6-7, 2019.This conference is organized by Graphene Blockchain Application Center (GBAC, http://gbacenter.org/ ), co-organized by Bitwires and LiChang, sponsored by Bitshares, Cocos-BCX, AEX, Newdex, Lucia, KEO and other well-known blockchain projects. This conference aims to enhance communication between projects developed by the underlying technology of graphene, and it makes developers know about Graphene Blockchain and join the graphene ecology.



This conference has conducted in-depth discussions around Graphene-related projects and applications, with 50+ famous project, 40+ media, 20+ exchanges and 20+ investment institutions attending. The panel discussion include difference mainstream blockchain technology schools such as POW, POS, DPOS, PBFT etc. Star projects such as BitShares, Cocos-BCX, GXChain and NULS are all on display. Technological speeches like cross-chain, blockchain interoperability, trusted computing, etc. discussing hot topics with every audience.

In the opening speech, Jerry LIU proposed and emphasized the concept of ‘DEFI’, Decentralized Finance. He said that, the main idea of decentralized finance is to use the block chain technology to solve the various points in the financial industry, and it makes finance become more decentralized. At the same time, he also mentioned that after the bear market in 2018, Bitshares learned lessons and optimized Bitshares itself, such as the function of inviting new users to return commissions. Finally, he expressed his vision for the future of Bitshares.

Later, Annemieke Dirkes, Legal Representative of Bitshares Blockchain, introduced the Bitshares Blockchain Foundation. Annemieke explains the origins and background of the foundation. In her speech, Annemieke said the foundation's primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy of information about Bitshares around the world to avoid any regulatory problems. As the Legal Representative of Bitshares Blockchain, she said: the future of blockchain needs strong legal support.

Ryan said the core development team stay in the BitShares Core Team Development Roadmap is already five years long. As a decentralized trading service platform, BitShares has more than 1.6 million registered accounts, and has its own BitShares Foundation (BBF) to custody tokens, while disclosing the use of funds and financial accounting. Bitshares will be used as mobile terminals through mobile apps in the future.

Minqiang HUANG, founder and CEO of GXChain, shared the achievements of GXChain's team over the past year and presented a new project: Trusted Multilateral Computing. MR. HUANG explained in detail the technical route of trusted computing and how to combine it with blockchain technology, proposed that trusted computing has the characteristics of strong neutrality, high compliance and low business cost.

To make the perfect solution to blockchain games. Kevin Yin, technical consultant of Cocos-BCX, gave a keynote speech on the technical advantages and services of Cocos-BCX. Cocos-BCX currently provides developers with perfect technical support and future applications of blockchains and cloud computing. It puts forward the technical framework of the combination of blockchain game and cloud technology. It also puts forward the idea of full copyright verification and traceability which based on blockchains technology.

Apart from these brilliant keynote speeches, there were five fascinating panel discussions on various applications of graphene-based blockchain technology.

The first panel discussion was host by Jademont, executive director of the Graphene Blockchain Application Center (GBAC). BitShares UI Team Review and Developer of Blockchain Projects BV Stefan Schieβl, BlockChain BV CEO Fabian Schuh, Bitspark CEO George Harrap, BitShares UI Team Gateway Standardization & BitSharesJS Serhii Dotsenko, Bitshares core developer Alfredo Garcia and Sheldon from BOSCore& EOShenzhen participated in this panel. Each of guest introduced ever own projects based on Graphene Blockchain technology and expressed opinions on these projects.


Panel Discussion 1: Global Ecology of Graphene Blockchain

The second panel discussion is "CEX VS DEX" hosted by KA Account Manager of Huobi Globa Hera, GDEX founder Jerry Liu, CYBEX co- founder Yanfeng CHEN, co- founder of AEX 37°, Co-founder of ZBM Sky Qiu, ZB Strategic Investment Department Lihaonan LIU, Cointiger CEO Frank Ling, independent media person AlphaBo, and Commercial Director of BIKI Zhang Xiaoyu. In this panel, the guests had a heated discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of centralized and decentralized exchanges.

The guests expressed their opinions on the theme for their products and ideas.

The final panel discussion was "EOS-technology driven or commercial driven?". The two-day 2019 2nd Global Graphene Blockchain Developers Conference includes the vast majority of Graphene project managers and technology developers, with a large share of financial and computer science backgrounds and professional content. It is enough to have important implications for the future Graphene structure, and it also makes everyone look forward to the broad prospects of the Graphene Blockchain architecture in the future.
