I finally released my cudaPTS optimized windows version based on the incredible GPU linux cudapts miner by dga (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2114.0)

Requirements:
Nvidia GPU with Compute capability 2.0+
CPU with AVX/SSE4
Windows 64 bit
Latest Nvidia drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx)

Usage:
Change the edit_me.bat or use:

cudaPTSwin.exe <your-pts-payout-address> <gpu-to-use> <mining-implementation: (avx, sse4, sph)>

GPU-TO-USE:
0 for GPU id 0
1 for GPU id 1
..

AVX:
cudaPTSwin.exe Pq9Qeyks1KzAY9gGWrkPcrYJoe1J12UZ3a 0 avx

SSE4:
cudaPTSwin.exe Pq9Qeyks1KzAY9gGWrkPcrYJoe1J12UZ3a 0 sse4

SPH:

Test results:
v0.3 - i7-3770 - windows 8.1 (64 bit) - avx - GTX 670 2GB:: ~850 c/m
v0.3 - i5-2300 - windows 7 (64 bit)- avx - GTX 560 1GB: ~550 c/m
v0.3 - Q9550 - windows 8 (64 bit) - sse4 - GTX 660 2GB: ~600 c/m
v0.3 - i5-4670K - Windows 8.1 (64 bit) - avx - GTX 770 2GB: ~920 c/m
v0.3 - i3-2130 - windows 7 (64 bit) - avx - GTX 480: ~800 c/m
